How to manage favorite documents in DM Explorer​

Steps:

  1. Open the Favorites panel in DM Explorer.
  2. To remove a document from your favorites, right-click the document and select Remove from Favorites.
  3. The document will be removed from your Favorites list on the home screen.

How to access repositories in DM Explorer​

Steps:

  1. Open the DM Explorer screen.
  2. Click on the Repositories panel to view the repositories available to you.
  3. Click on any repository name to access its contents.

How to view recent documents in DM Explorer​

Steps:

  1. Open the DM Explorer screen.
  2. Click on the Recent panel to view your recently accessed documents.
  3. To view the full list, click on the All Recent Documents button at the bottom.
  4. Click on any document to open and view it.

How to search for documents in DM Explorer​

Steps:

  1. In DM Explorer, use the search bar at the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Type the name or keyword of the document you are looking for.
  3. The search results will be displayed, and you can click on the document name to open it.

  2. Click Add to Favorites from the context menu.
